Sabrina Carpenter to Go ‘Day Drinking’ With Seth Meyers

Updated to add confirmed airdate for the segment.

Sabrina Carpenter is making up for lost time with Seth Meyers. The “Manchild” singer, who made her first-ever appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers Monday night is apparently going “Day Drinking” with Meyers Tuesday, for a piece that will air next week.

Meyers teased the segment at the end of her interview, telling Carpenter, “I’m going to see you tomorrow.” After announcing that they’d be taping a new “Day Drinking” together, she lit up: “Yes!”

She also gave a small—and very on-brand—warning about what he’s in for. When Meyers said he couldn’t wait, Carpenter replied, “I mean, woah,” then added, “Watch out,” drawing laughs from the studio audience.

Meyers has taped nineteen installments of the fan favorite segment since 2015. Past celebrity guests have included Rihanna (currently sitting at 20 million views on YouTube), Kevin Hart, Kristen Stewart, Dua Lipa, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

The Late Night host’s newest bender will mark the first time he’s logged three “Day Drinking” sessions in the same year. He’s already taped segments in 2025 with Paul Rudd in March, and Bowen Yang & Matt Rogers in September, but apparently the opportunity to down (more than) a few with Carpenter proved too tempting to keep to his usual six-month schedule.

NBC says the duo’s “Day Drinking” segment will air next Tuesday, December 16th.
