Jimmy Kimmel is stepping into the world of modeling.
The Jimmy Kimmel Live! host is producing a new reality series for Hulu and cable network Freeform that will follow the Naders—four sisters taking the modeling world by storm. The streamer announced the project Tuesday at Hulu’s “Get Real House,” a Los Angeles event held to unveil their new unscripted slate.
Love Thy Nader follows Brooks Nader—seen over the past few years in Sports Illustrated swimsuit issues and ABC’s Dancing with the Stars—along with her sisters Sarah Jane, Grace Ann, and Mary Holland Nader.
Hulu describes the docuseries as a “coming-of-age” story about the sisters after they’ve left their “humble beginnings in the Louisiana bayou for the glamour and grind of New York City,” leading them “into the high-stakes world of modeling, the social scene of Manhattan’s elite, and… a whirlwind of attention in their romantic lives.”
The pickup comes as another of Kimmel’s producing projects also gets a new order at ABC. The Kimmelot-produced primetime celebrity revival of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was renewed yesterday for its fourth season, though a premiere date has yet to be set for the show.
Aside from Kimmel’s late-night show, Kimmelot’s work for ABC has included The Prank Panel, Generation Gap, and the Norman Lear specials Live in Front of a Studio Audience.
Kimmel was also behind last year’s Hulu reality series High Hopes, which followed a Los Angeles marijuana dispensary.
Love Thy Nader is expected to premiere on Hulu and Freeform sometime this summer.
