After Midnight with Taylor Tomlinson is finally set to return from its unplanned hiatus.
The CBS late-night panel show is back with a week of new episodes beginning tomorrow. The show had been forced to pause production on new episodes two weeks ago as wildfires spread across Los Angeles County. As a result, the show hasn’t aired a new episode since Tuesday, January 7.
While the show’s Hollywood studio was well out of the fire zone, cancellations were made in consideration of the show’s staffers and audience members who live across the Los Angeles area. Residents had been urged to stay off the roads due to visibility, and to prioritize access for first responders.
With fire containment efforts making some headway, After Midnight is able to return to work this week, although today was a pre-scheduled day off in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day
After Midnight is set to tape a new episode tomorrow to air same day, with guests Mary Lynn Rajskub, Patton Oswalt, and Brian Posehn. On Wednesday, the program will welcome Jonah Ray alongside two more to-be-announced panelists.
Tomlinson will also resume her usual practice of taping a second show on Wednesday, to air this coming Thursday. That will feature Thomas Lennon, Paul F. Tompkins, and Joe Manganiello.
After Midnight airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. ET/PT on CBS. The show streams the next day on Paramount+.

Refreshing. Original concept. Continually tugs me away from Meyer’s show. Opening has become sharper , wittier and very quotable. Unique experience that often produces classics.
