Greg Gutfeld‘s late-night styled Fox News show continued to break ratings records in the first quarter of 2025, growing its total audience by a whopping +32% vs its full-year 2024 average, and notching six of its top ten highest rated episodes ever.
All told, Gutfeld! averaged 3.3 million total viewers nightly for the first three months of 2025. That’s according to Nielsen Live + same day ratings data provided by Fox News. (LateNighter will release our own Live+7 day Q1 report for all of the late-night shows we track once that data is released by Nielsen, sometime next week.)
Per Fox News, year-over-year ratings were up across the board for the news network during the first quarter, with FNC logging total day gains of +46% year vs the same period last year. The news channel’s primary competitors lost audience over the same period, with MSNBC down -24% and CNN down -6%.
As we’ve previously reported, Gutfeld! has seen explosive growth since Donald Trump won the 2024 election. In fact, among the show’s ten highest rated episodes, all but one have aired since November 3rd, 2024.

I love this show. found him in summer 2024 and now set an alarm to make sure I don’t miss it. funny, clever humor with guests that really contribute. Gutfeld does it best.
it’s no wonder why he’s at the top! he has great guests, they tell the truth and correct any wrong info they’ve been given. we are all sick of the lieing left. poor losers! how do they come up with the shit they tell and sleep. they are all possessed and better start with praying to God to forgive them. I can’t imagine what they would do if this horrific stuff going on happened to them. they are sick and just want money and power. Gutfeld is a simple egocentrict show off with a horrible laugh used to call attention to himself. His humor is stupid and hiis constant chid like behavior is distracting to say the least. He reads his stupid jokes that no one finds the least humerous even despite his asshole faces and stupid pranks, a simple jerk pandering for attention !
Wish I could could get the whole show, but I don’t have cable. All I get are partial shows on YouTube. It’s a great show, though.

Gutfeld is hilarious! It’s refreshing when late night comedy isn’t afraid to be funny and irreverent. When joked land, they’re great. When they fall flat, they’re cringy. Either way, the panel always seems to be having fun, which is much more than can be said for Colbert or Kimmel.
