Late Night Goes All-In on KPop Demon Hunters After Viral Fallon Visit

Late-night TV isn’t done with KPop Demon Hunters, with both Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel set to welcome stars from the Netflix phenomenon over the next week.

After an October visit by the film’s singing voices became the most-streamed late-night clip of 2025, Fallon announced last week that his show would be welcoming more of the animated hit’s stars in the new year.

Arden Cho and Ahn Hyo-seop—the speaking voices of Rumi and Jinu, respectively—will appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday, January 12. The episode airs at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on NBC and will stream the following day on Peacock.

The appearance will mark the U.S. late-night debut for both performers, as well as their first interview together. The January 12 episode will also feature guests Kristen Wiig and Ashton Kutcher, with a musical performance by Ty Meyers.

Meanwhile, the singing voices of HUNTR/X from KPop Demon Hunters—EJAE, AUDREY NUNA, and REI AMI—will be making their Jimmy Kimmel Live! debut later this week, on Thursday, January 8. The episode will air at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and will stream the following day on Hulu.

The trio’s October visit to The Tonight Show marked their first televised interview and first full live group performance of their breakout song “Golden,” and has since gone on to generate a combined 379 million video views and 39 million engagements across major social platforms, according to the show. EJAE, AUDREY NUNA, and REI AMI returned to 30 Rock a month later, sitting down with Seth Meyers for a joint interview on NBC’s Late Night ahead of their Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade performance.

The day before Ahn Hyo Seop’s Tonight Show appearance along side Arden Cho, the Golden Globe Awards is slated for January 11, 2026, in Los Angeles. K-Pop Demon Hunters is nominated in two film categories and has momentum to win Best Motion Picture – Animated after it just won in this category at the Critics Choice Awards. That weekend there will be a Netflix after party and many other invite-only after parties. I imagine that he’ll be attending all of these events because they’re known to be Hollywood networking opportunities.
