Jimmy Kimmel Live! Is Dark This Week

It’s Jimmy Kimmel‘s turn to take spring break this week, with Jimmy Kimmel Live! set to air repeats today through Friday. The ABC late-night host will return with new episodes on Monday, April 7.

Kimmel is the only network late-night host off this week, with CBS and NBC both offering up a full slate of new late-night programming. Among the guests set to visit The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon are Michael B. Jordan, Kevin Bacon, and Hailee Steinfeld plus this week’s Saturday Night Live host Jack Black and his musical guests Elton John and Brandi Carlisle.

Late Night with Seth Meyers—returning from two weeks off—has a stacked lineup of its own that includes Bill Burr, Paul Rudd, and Michael Longfellow (in his first late-night spot since joining SNL).

Over on CBS, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert will welcome Maurice DuBois, Michelle Williams, Pierce Brosnan, and Jenny Slate.

And despite being on borrowed time, After Midnight is set to air not only new episodes, it’s introducing a new March Madness-themed tournament week. The show’s cancellation was announced late last week after Tomlinson reportedly decided to step away from the show.

The week will also bring new episodes of The Daily Show, Watch What Happens Live (with guests like Bill Murray and John Oliver), and Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney.

Why has no one asked “why did this person , who says they are a great business man, decline accepting our paycheck for the job? A great business person would, at the very least, want and accept payment for their time. No business person works for no pay. As always, follow the money. He works for whomever is paying him and It sure isn’t me as a citizen of the United States. His supporters always point to him not getting paid as president as a reason to think he is just the best ever. I believe the answer is that he doesn’t work for you. It is sad we have lost the idea of public servants, if their ever was such a thing.
