Late night is finally back at full strength.
For the first time since May, every late-night show we track is set to air fresh episodes this week, with Saturday Night Live kicking off Season 52, Late Night with Seth Meyers returning from its extended summer break, and Byron Allen’s CBS late-night block getting first-run episodes back into the mix.
Here’s who’s on the week of September 21, 2026:
Jimmy Kimmel Live!
On. Jimmy Kimmel is back with four new episodes of Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Woody Harrelson, Sam Richardson, and musical guest Greta Van Fleet lead off the week Monday, followed by Jamie Foxx and Ke Huy Quan on Tuesday. Brandi Carlile and John Wilson visit Wednesday, with Carlile also serving as musical guest. Ben Affleck and Mo Amer close out the week Thursday. Sara Niemietz is scheduled to sit in with The Cletones throughout the week.
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
On. Jimmy Fallon is also new all week with four fresh episodes of The Tonight Show. Queen Latifah, Dave Franco, and comedian Ethan Simmons-Patterson visit Monday, followed by Conan O’Brien, Brandon Flowers, Lauren Lapkus, and musical guest Brandon Flowers on Tuesday. John Cusack, Cara Delevingne, Chef Daniel Humm, and musical guest Cara Delevingne are set for Wednesday, with Karl-Anthony Towns, Sienna Miller, Stefano Domenicali, and comedian Gary Simons closing out the week Thursday.
Comics Unleashed
On. Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen is back in first-run mode this week for first half hour of CBS’ late-night block. New episodes are scheduled to air Monday through Thursday in the show’s 11:35 p.m. slot, while repeats will continue to air at 12:05 a.m.
Funny You Should Ask
On. Funny You Should Ask is also adding first-run episodes in its 12:35 a.m. slot for the first time since it joined the CBS lineup in late May. Guests this week include Jamie Kennedy, Sheryl Underwood, Gary Owen, Byron Allen, Caroline Rhea, Tommy Davidson, Natasha Leggero, and Brad Williams.
Late Night with Seth Meyers
On. Seth Meyers returns from his seven-week summer break with four new episodes of Late Night. Kelly Clarkson leads off Monday, followed by Jon Hamm, Sabrina Impacciatore, and Taylor Tomlinson on Tuesday. Ethan Hawke and Zara Larsson visit Wednesday, with Kenan Thompson and Sandra Hüller closing out the week Thursday.
Nightline
On. ABC’s late-night newsmagazine is scheduled to continue airing new episodes this week.
The Daily Show
On. The Daily Show is slated to continue with new episodes Monday through Thursday on Comedy Central.
Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen
On. Andy Cohen is keeping the Bravo clubhouse open this week, with new editions of Watch What Happens Live scheduled Monday through Thursday. Kayley Smith and Massi Scarcia lead off the week Monday, followed by Jessica Tarlov and Erin Lichy on Tuesday. Lisa Barlow and Blair Underwood visit Wednesday, with Emily Simpson and Chanel Ayan closing out the week Thursday.
Gutfeld!
On. Gutfeld! is scheduled to continue airing new episodes this week.
Real Time with Bill Maher
On. Bill Maher is scheduled to continue with a new episode of Real Time this Friday.
Have I Got News For You
On. CNN’s Have I Got News For You is on this week with a new episode Saturday.
Saturday Night Live
On. Saturday Night Live returns this weekend to kick off Season 52. New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson is set to host, with KATSEYE serving as musical guest.
