SNL’s Andrew Dismukes Plans Summer Standup Tour

Andrew Dismukes will be making the most of his time off this summer. The Saturday Night Live cast member has announced an initial slate of standup shows that will see him crisscrossing the country.

Dismukes is scheduled to perform at least twenty-four shows across nine cities between July and September. His tour kicks off with four shows over two days at Richmond, VA’s Funny Bone Comedy Club on July 18-19 (well after SNL has wrapped for the season on May 17th).

The comedian’s current home base of NYC will also get a chance to see him live with a show at The Bell House in Brooklyn.

Dismukes is wrapping up his fifth season as a cast member at SNL, though he’s been with the sketch show even longer. He began as a writer in 2017, and was elevated to the cast in 2020.

Last summer, he hit the road with fellow cast members James Austin Johnson and Devon Walker for their “Summer Jobs” tour. Other SNLers taking on road dates this summer include Emil Wakim, Please Don’t Destroy, and Jane Wickline (as one half of the live sketch show Dukes).
