SNL‘s Chloe Fineman Plans Charity Closet Sale

Chloe Fineman is opening her fashion-forward closet to fans again—for a good cause.

The Saturday Night Live cast member and fashion publicist Sara Larson are selling off hundreds of designer items from their personal collections, with the proceeds benefiting When We All Vote. When We All Vote is a non-partisan organization founded by Michelle Obama in 2018 that brings together individuals, institutions, brands, and organizations to register new voters across the country.

In an Instagram video posted this week, the duo can be seen showing off several of the items they plan to sell, including an Oscar De La Renta dress, a pair of vintage Gucci cat eye sunglasses, and a pair of swanky Dolce & Gabbana mini shorts that Fineman says she bought in Miami.

This isn’t the first time Fineman and Larson have teamed up to sell their wares to aspiring fashionistas. The two friends held their last closet sale in June.

“Designer! Not designer! Shoes! Shorts! Jeans!,” she promised ahead of that sale. “Soooooo much great stuff.”

“Heck I’ll be giving things away as well,” Fineman added, “cuz my storage unit has reached her limit!!”

Fineman, who recently kicked off her sixth season at SNL is a noted fashion fan, having been profiled in outlets like Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue. In addition to attending the actual Met Gala in the past—and co-hosting Vogue‘s livestream of the annual event in 2023—she memorably portrayed Anna Wintour in the Season 49’s “Teeny Tiny Statement Pin” sketch.

The weekend’s sale is happening on the second floor of 676 Broadway in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood Saturday, October 26, from 10am to 5pm.

A select number of items are currently available for purchase online through The Vestiaire Collective.
