Noah Wyle Lampoons Trump’s CDC With Fake PSA on Kimmel

Fresh off his first Golden Globe win Sunday, Noah Wyle is taking aim at the Trump administration’s loose relationship with medical facts—appearing in a fake public service announcement on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that played as a pointed parody of federal public health leadership.

The pre-taped segment aired during Wyle’s Tuesday night guest appearance, with Jimmy Kimmel introducing it earnestly as an example of how the actor has been using his platform to address medical issues, before the satire quickly revealed itself.

Leaning on decades of TV-doctor authority—from ER to more recently The Pitt—the PSA sees Wyle clarify that he is “not a real doctor,” before quickly unleashing a torrent of confidently stated medical nonsense.

Among the claims: that vaccines turn children into “pansexual furries,” raw chicken is even healthier than raw milk, 5G towers cause COVID-19, vitamin C was invented by Tropicana, and that combining probiotics and antibiotics creates “the perfect level of biotics.”

The bit escalates when Wyle is interrupted by a phone call from the president, offering him the chance to head the Centers for Disease Control.

The promotion is treated as a natural outcome of his unearned certainty, a clear satirical jab at an administration that has elevated longtime vaccine skeptic Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, and former talk show host Dr. Mehmet Oz to head the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

In its closing seconds, an announcer declares the video “a message from the CDC,” with Wyle tagging the bit with one final absurd declaration: “Astrology is the only true science!”
