John Mulaney is welcoming comics, rockers, and a cruise expert on this week’s Everybody’s Live.
Netflix has announced the guest lineup for Wednesday’s Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney, and its second week will be just as stacked as its first.
Top-billed on the guest list is Mulaney’s close friend and collaborator Nick Kroll. The comics have famously paired up for projects like Oh, Hello and Big Mouth—the latter of which is set to release its eighth and final season on Netflix later this summer. (Kroll also made a drop-in appearance via Facetime during Mulaney’s recent guest spot on Jimmy Kimmel Live last week.)
But perhaps the buzziest booking is Ben Stiller, whose Apple TV+ show Severance continues to be one of TV’s most talked-about shows this year. Stiller, an executive producer and director on the series, will be appearing on Everybody’s Live just two days before the show’s Season 2 finale.
Abbott Elementary star and creator Quinta Brunson is also set to guest. Her hit ABC mockumentary is entering the homestretch on its fourth season.
Sticking to his theme of including an expert on each panel, Mulaney will welcome travel journalist Anne Kalosh. Kalosh is known as an expert on cruise ships, suggesting that vacation cruises may be this week’s topic.
Rounding out the lineup are two legends of alt rock—and some of music’s most renowned Kims: Sonic Youth’s Kim Gordon, and Kim Deal of Pixies and the Breeders fame. (Deal is currently out on her “Nobody Loves You More” tour, and will be performing in Santa Cruz on Friday.)
It’s unclear if Gordon and Deal will be performing and/or sitting for an interview. (The two previously collaborated on the song “Little Trouble Girl” from Sonic Youth’s 1995 album Washing Machine.) UPDATE: They will be performing together.
Episode 2 of Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney streams live on Netflix Wednesday, March 19, at 10 PM ET/7 PM PT.
