Saturday Night Live featured player Veronika Słowikowska has a birthday date with Jimmy Fallon.
NBC announced today that Słowikowska will make her late-night talk show debut on the Thursday, October 29 edition of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon—which also happens to be her 31st birthday.
She’ll join a packed Tonight Show lineup that also includes LL Cool J, Mel Robbins, and magician Shin Lim.
The appearance comes early in Słowikowska’s second season at SNL, where she’s a featured player after joining the show as part of its fall 2025 five-person rookie class.
Słowikowska quickly emerged as one of Season 51’s breakout performers, scoring memorable showcases both on her own and alongside fellow cast members. Among them were the musical pretapes “Cousin Planet” and “Car Song” with Jane Wickline.
Long before joining SNL, Słowikowska had built a sizable following online with her absurdist short-form comedy, much of it made with collaborators Kyle Chase and Michael Rees. Her audience has only grown since joining the show; she now counts roughly 1.2 million followers on Instagram alone.
Her profile outside Studio 8H has been growing, too.
In August, Słowikowska landed her first leading role in a feature film with Stephanie, Bride to Be, a comedy she also helped develop. She shares story credit with screenwriters Allie Viti and Zach Schiffman and will executive produce the film alongside How To with John Wilson creator John Wilson.
Amy Sedaris and Michael Imperioli are set to play her parents in the film, with Reina Hardesty and Lea DeLaria also in the cast.
Słowikowska has several other film projects on the way, including Close to Nowhere, an indie comedy from SNL writer Jack Bensinger, and Turpentine, a thriller starring Melissa McCarthy.
She’s also been pursuing a second career of sorts in music. Earlier this year, Słowikowska revealed that she was the performer behind Me As a Girl, an indie-pop project she’s been quietly been releasing music under since late 2025.
Słowikowska’s Tonight Show appearance will come two nights before SNL returns from a two-week break for its Halloween episode, hosted by Inde Navarrette with musical guest Gracie Abrams.
