Jimmy Kimmel wasn’t kidding when he promised an “all-star, big-time lineup of guests” for his week of shows in Brooklyn.
Kimmel revealed the guest list for Jimmy Kimmel Live!’s September 28–October 2 run at the Brooklyn Academy of Music Thursday night, and it includes Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Howard Stern, Billy Crystal, John Oliver, Seth Meyers, Pete Davidson, Bernie Sanders, Zohran Mamdani, Robby Hoffman, Tom Morello, and Mahershala Ali.
TV on the Radio, Goose, and De La Soul are also on the bill.
And Kimmel suggested there’s more to come, teasing “surprise visitors too, as if the regular ones weren’t good enough.”
One name was already out of the bag. Stern revealed earlier this month that he’ll sit down with Kimmel on Tuesday, September 29, marking his first visit to a late-night talk show in nearly seven years. His last was also with Kimmel, on the October 9, 2019 edition of Jimmy Kimmel Live! in Los Angeles.
The rest of the lineup had remained under wraps, and there are plenty of intriguing combinations in the mix. Oliver and Meyers give Kimmel another pair of late-night hosts to play with after last year’s Brooklyn run produced several crossovers. Stephen Colbert and Daily Show correspondent Josh Johnson were scheduled guests in 2025, while Meyers and Jon Stewart made surprise appearances. Matt Damon also turned up on the final night to renew his long-running “feud” with Kimmel.
McCartney and Springsteen, meanwhile, give the week some considerable rock-star wattage. Kimmel did not announce which nights they’ll appear, nor did he specify whether either will perform.
This year’s trip will mark Jimmy Kimmel Live!’s eighth week of shows from Brooklyn. Kimmel and company previously set up shop at BAM in 2012, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2025, producing 35 episodes there before this year’s run.
Kimmel will tape five fresh episodes from BAM’s Howard Gilman Opera House, Monday through Friday.
