They’re used to sharing the screen on Saturday Night Live, soon Chloe Fineman and Sarah Sherman will be sharing the stage in a live comedy show.
In a first for the two SNL cast members, Fineman and Sherman are co-headlining a show later this month in Austin, Texas.
The duo will perform what’s being billed as “a special comedy show together” at Austin’s Paramount Theatre on April 20th as part of the Moontower Comedy Festival.
“Me and [Chloe Fineman] are coming to ruin your lives for one night only… on satan’s favorite holiday, 4/20 !!! don’t get too high and be weird,” Sherman wrote on Instagram.
In her own post promoting the event, Fineman noted tickets are selling fast.
Fineman has been an SNL cast member since 2019. Sherman, who also performs body-horror comedy under the name Sarah Squirm, joined the show in 2021.
Fineman and Sherman aren’t the first SNL cast members to hit the road together. Last year, Weekend Update hosts Michael Che and Colin Jost set out on a standup tour together. While Sherman and Fineman currently only have this one show booked, one wonders if more dates are on the horizon.
SNL featured player Chloe Troast will also be headlining a Moontower Festival show of her own later the same night at the nearby Hideout Theatre.
Tickets for both shows are available on the Moontower Comedy Festival site
