This guy!
Saturday Night Live‘s Marcello Hernández on Sunday night treated fans to an encore of his Sebastian Maniscalco impression—while presenting at the Critics Choice Awards with the stand-up comic.
Hernández had debuted the well-received impression during a November episode of SNL, hosted by Glen Powell. In the sketch, a bachelor weekend hangout was effectively crashed by a celebrity friend of Powell’s character: Sebastian Maniscalco (Hernández).
At Sunday’s Critics Choice Awards, co-presenters Hernández and Maniscalco were remarking on red carpet looks and trends when the latter quipped, “As a matter of fact, we just got word backstage that Los Angeles is completely out of filler.”
Hernández then launched into his Maniscalco impression, saying to the A-list filler fans out there, “Don’t change yer face. I like your face, you gotta good face…. Why would you dooo that?”

Maniscalco already was on record with his assessment of Hernández’s impression, saying on Good Morning America days after the mid-November SNL sketch, “Listen, it’s very flattering that he did that. I thought he did a great job. Obviously, you know, it was really over the top, which made it funnier.”
Maniscalco did, however, have one tiny note. “He jumped over some guy’s lap in that impersonation,” he said of Hernández’s leap over Jeremy Culhane. “And I was actually jealous of his mobility.”
Maniscalco also shared with GMA that he actually was invited to be a part of said SNL sketch, but he had to decline “because I was doing a show in Palm Springs.” (Maniscalco was wrapping up his “It Ain’t Right” tour.)
