CBS’ The Late Show With Stephen Colbert continues to bask in the post-Super Bowl ratings glow. The program won the 11:35 p.m. timeslot on Tuesday, Feb. 13 in both Total Viewers (2.335 million) and P18-49 (322,000). That’s according to live plus same day data from Nielsen.
Relative to the previous night, Tuesday’s edition of The Late Show was -4% in P18-49, but +2% in Total Viewers.
The Feb. 13, 2024 telecast featured interviews with Dunkin’ Super Bowl commercial star Matt Damon, and Danielle Pinnock from the CBS comedy Ghosts.
Comedy Central’s The Daily Show, as expected, saw a significant drop-off in viewing the night after Jon Stewart’s highly-publicized return. With TDS regular Jordan Klepper in the anchor’s chair, the Tuesday, Feb. 13 broadcast averaged 511,000 total viewers and 130,000 P18-49 viewers, per Nielsen live plus same day data. That’s -45% in Total Viewers and -44% in P18-49 from the previous night’s Daily Show broadcast.
In the 12:37a.m. timeslot, After Midnight was No. 1 on Tuesday, not only in Total Viewers (798,000), but also in P18-49 (171,000).
