Jon Stewart is taking Donald Trump‘s Jesus/”doctor” meme very personally, seeing as he apparently is the man being healed in it.
During his Monday-night monologue, the Daily Show host brought up the AI-generated image that Trump shared over the weekend, which cast the president as no less than Jesus Christ himself.
Or, as a “doctor,” if you abide by Trump’s Monday-morning spin.
Whatever the case, the fact is that the bearded man being healed in the image does not not look like Jon Stewart.
“Wait… the guy in the bed… ,” Stewart said as the camera zoomed in on the bottom half of the meme. He leaned in closer, then grew concerned. “Am I okay?” he asked the audience.
For added emphasis, Stewart remarked on his dire state with an emphatic, “What the f*ck?!”
“I mean, I know I don’t have the vigor and spunk of my MTV days. But I didn’t know we were here already,” he lamented. “I didn’t realize my look had reached leper territory.”
Stewart then turned his attention to the other elements of the image, above and surrounding Trump.
“From the picture, it looks like it was touch-and-go with me for a while. But thank God, in my time of need, I was surrounded by family,” he quipped. Of the woman on the bottom left, “There’s my darling wife Amy Lynne, hands clasped in prayer.” On the right, “My brother, Sergeant Chisel Jaw.” And “in the back [left], there is Pappy Joe! He and I stormed the Capitol together.”
“Up at the top, there’s the eagle that delivers my mail…,” he continued. “Then at the bottom, there is just a guy’s hand—not mine—who seems to be taking advantage of my infirmity.”
“I’m just glad that Jesus Trump brought his healing orb!” he effused.
Stewart went on to share his most”favorite” thing about the ridiculous image—that “there’s only so much that AI can do.
“AI is like, ‘I can give you the fireworks, and the healing powers. And I can make you Jesus. But you weigh what you weigh. Sorry. It just is what it is!'”
“[Trump] is like, ‘Make me 185 [lbs.], and AI is like, ‘Can’t do it. Sorry, chubs!””
Stewart also had a lot to say about Trump’s aforementioned assertion that he believed the image was presenting him as a doctor, not as Jesus—watch the full segment above.

That actually looks like Jeffrey Epstein, which makes perfect sense if you’re using AI!
“Whatever the case, the fact is that the bearded man being healed in the image does not not look like Jon Stewart.” Totally disagree because it was the first thing I thought of when I saw it!
