Jimmy Kimmel is once again assembling a team of Marvel heroes on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Kimmel will welcome five cast members from Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts this coming Monday, April 28.
David Harbour, Sebastian Stan, Florence Pugh, Wyatt Russell, and Hannah John-Kamen will sit for a joint interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
All five star in Thunderbolts, the final film in Phase Five of Marvel’s release plan, opening in theaters Friday May 2nd. The new film teams up villains, antiheros, and assassins from across the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
No strangers to the MCU, most of the film’s stars are also no strangers to Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Each of the actors except Hannah John-Kamen have dropped by Kimmel’s show multiple times before. John-Kamen will be making her late-night debut with the appearance.
Disney is pulling out all the stops for its latest Marvel movie, which The Hollywood Reporter projects is on track for a roughly $70 million opening.
After their joint appearance on Kimmel, the Thunderbolts cast will fan out across the media landscape the rest of the week, with separate stops on other shows.
Monday night’s episode won’t be the first time Kimmel has hosted a cast panel for a new Marvel flick. (Both Marvel and ABC, home to Jimmy Kimmel Live!, are owned by Disney.)
Previous Marvel cast episodes on JKL have included stars from Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019), and—in a bit of a different scenario—a 2024 Deadpool & Wolverine-themed episode hosted by stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman when Kimmel was out on vacation.
