Hillary Clinton is becoming a familiar presence at 30 Rock.
Clinton is set to appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon next Thursday, September 19—marking her eighth appearance on the program.
Fallon and Clinton will undoubtedly have plenty to talk about as the presidential election inches closer. Clinton has been campaigning on behalf of Democratic nominee Kamala Harris, whose performance against Donald Trump in Tuesday night’s debate has dominated headlines—and late-night monologues—this week.
Clinton first sat down with Fallon in 2015, and most recently appeared on the program on April 1 to promote Suffs, the Broadway musical she co-produced. (She still has a way to go before she becomes Fallon’s most frequent guest. That honor goes to Michael Strahan, who has guested on The Tonight Show 19 times, and Fallon’s Late Night another four.)
Fallon is the only 11:35 p.m. host who hasn’t actively participated in campaign events for the Democratic presidential candidate. Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel both participated in fundraisers earlier this year—though the candidate at the time was Joe Biden.
Clinton isn’t Fallon’s only big booking next week. On Monday, he’ll welcome Justin Timberlake. While the pair are old friends, it will be Timberlake’s first appearance since his headline-making DWI arrest this summer, which just resolved in a plea deal.
In addition to Clinton, The Tonight Show’s guest lineup for next Thursday includes Demi Lovato.
