Jon Schneider is the main host of the Saturday Night Network. Jon has seen every episode of Saturday Night Live going back to 1975 and loves discussing how new episodes affect the legacy of the show. His favorite SNL cast member of all time is Will Forte.
Mike Murray is the host of the SNL By The Numbers podcast. Each week, he meticulously tracks the screen time of every cast member and guest and reveals the results in this podcast. Mike has been podcasting with the Saturday Night Network since 2020.

I’m a fan of SNL since the very beginning. The last 10 yrs. or so I’ve primarily taped it and watched the opening, intro of the host and 1 or 2 sketches, update and the closing. I’ve just watched the 3 hr. special on SNL music and it rekindled my love of SNL. I can’t wait till the special starts later this month, the 16th I believe.

It is necessary for me, as a Caribbean born Hindu, living in the US for almost 40yrs now, to comment on the terrible way in which Lady Gaga and SNL portrayed our Sacred, Ancient and Most Revered Hindu Tradition (Dharma), recently on SNL which is powered by NBC.
We are all extremely disappointed to see Lady Gaga and the cast, writers, crew, everyone involved; debase our Hindu Sacred Mantras (Meaningful Holy Incantations), in such a deplorable manner.
Shiva (The Most Peaceful); and Shakti/Kali ( the Strength and Power of this Universe); are clearly not comprehended by any of these people. There is deep Symbolism in All of our chosen Dieties.
We do not accept this as comedy. It is demeaning of one of the most ancient culture in the worst of ways.
Lady Gaga’s & her companions’ uneducated display will be discussed by all the Hindu entities in America; and we no longer support her music; as long as we choose.
Additionally we will all take an extended vacation from SNL. NBC has truly disappointed us.
A Full Apology to the Hindu Community by all entities is in order.
