The Daily Show’s Jordan Klepper Sets New ‘Fingers the Pulse’ Special Ahead of Election

Election Day is just over two weeks away, and Jordan Klepper is ready to venture into MAGA territory before that happens. A new special, The Daily Show Presents: Jordan Klepper Fingers The Pulse: Rally Together, will air on Monday, October 28.

Variety was the first to report the news on Monday afternoon that Klepper—a longtime Daily Show correspondent and one of its rotating hosts—is prepping yet another special edition of his popular “Fingers the Pulse” segment. It will air next Monday night at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT, immediately following a new episode of The Daily Show (which will presumably be hosted by Jon Stewart). It will be available to stream on Paramount+, YouTube, CC.com, and VOD beginning October 29.

“For the past eight years, Jordan Klepper has traveled across America from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Mesa, Arizona to question the MAGA faithful about their devotion to Donald Trump, and he’s always done it alone—until now,” reads the official description for Rally Together. “In this half-hour special, Jordan will travel to Trump events in swing states over the election’s crucial closing days. This time, he’ll bring along some curious friends and experts in their fields to help unpack and understand why so many Americans are supporting Donald Trump.”

While none of the “curious friends and experts” who will be traveling alongside Klepper were mentioned by name, here’s hoping it will include some of his fellow Daily Show correspondents, a.k.a. “The Best F**king News Team” on television. Rally Together marks Klepper’s fifth special for The Daily Show

Klepper, who was part of the team that shared in this year’s Emmy win for Outstanding Talk Series, earned an Emmy nomination for his 2022 special, Jordan Klepper Fingers the Globe: Hungary for Democracy
