You may have seen this item on TV, but you’ll want to be more careful than the last guy was.
The Daily Show is now selling the mug that Jon Stewart ravaged on air (or the mug that ravaged him). Fans who want to commemorate the moment that Stewart injured himself during a monologue—or commiserate with Stewart by destroying their own drinkware—can now do so with their own matching “World’s Most Dad” mug.
The newly available mug is “great for sipping coffee and surviving another chaotic news cycle—no smashing required,” a description reads.
The “World’s Most Dad” mug was part of an ensemble Stewart whipped out during a February monologue that saw him taking on the role of a DOGE accountant.
While he also had a banker’s lamp, a calculator, and a green eyeshade, it was the “World’s Most Dad” mug that went on to live in infamy. That’s because in a moment of anger over America’s inability to rein in drug prices, Stewart banged the (very real, not breakaway) mug against his desk, slicing his finger open and causing blood to pool down his hand while he finished his monologue.

It was the second time he cut himself on drinkware during his Daily Show career. The first came in 2011, when Stewart cut his wrist open on a margarita glass during a mock press conference about Anthony Weiner.
“World’s Most Dad” mugs are now for sale via The Daily Show’s official merch store. The $18.95 ceramic mug features the “World’s Most Dad” phrase on one side, and the Daily Show logo on the other.
