Jon Stewart Returns to Daily Show Desk Tonight; Michael Kosta Hosts Tues-Thurs

A week into Donald Trump’s second presidency, The Daily Show is back in the saddle with the “Best F**king News Team” returning to Comedy Central tonight for a round of new episodes.

Kicking thing off, Jon Stewart returns to the Daily Show desk tonight with a conversation with Chief Royal Ramey, the CEO and co-founder of California Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program, a nonprofit that trains and employs incarcerated people to fight wildfires.

According to the California Department of Corrections, more than 1,000 inmates have helped fight the Los Angeles.

From there, Michael Kosta will host Tuesday through Thursday. Kosta’s guest Tuesday night will be comedian & actor Lil Rel Howery, who lends his voice to the new animated feature Dog Man. Kosta’s guests Wednesday and Thursday will be Rachel Mason, whose three-part docuseries An Update on our Family premiered on HBO earlier this month, and Vince Beiser, the author of the book Power Metal, which explores the environmental effects of new-gen tech.

The Daily Show airs weeknights at 11 p.m, ET/PT on Comedy Central, and is available to stream next day on Paramount+.
