The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is preparing a new theme week, offering fans the opportunity to get a makeover and be featured on the show.
“Mark your calendars, everybody,” Jimmy Fallon told viewers Wednesday night. “On Monday, February 24th, we’re doing something very special. We’re kicking off our first-ever Tonight Show Yassify Week.”
Throughout the last week of February, The Tonight Show will “yassify” pre-selected participants, highlighting a different person’s transformation each night.
Fallon didn’t specify whether he’ll be enlisting any famous fashion and lifestyle professionals to complete the makeovers—or even how serious these glow-ups will be. It will, however, be all-encompassing. “Each night, we’ll be giving someone a head-to-toe glow-up,” the host explained. “Hair, makeup, clothes, all of it.”
The show is soliciting nominations via email, encouraging viewers to reach out with suggestions of friends and family “who could really benefit from a Tonight Show yassification. “We’re going to pick our favorites,” Fallon explained. “It could be your coach, your grandma, whatever you want to do.”
“It’s going to be fun,” he added. “Big ratings.”
Fallon’s Yassify Week will run Monday, February 24th through Thursday, February 27th. The show is accepting submissions for glow-ups at [email protected], and is asking each submittor to include the candidate’s name, photo, and contact information.
