Saturday Night Live‘s in-house documentary unit looks at the making of the Jack Black-fronted musical sketch.

“This is truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen,” the Late Night host said at Sunday’s graduation ceremony at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT. “Which is funny, because, let’s be honest, Choate is not a beautiful name. Like most other network late-night shows, After Midnight panelists receive SAG scale of $1,400 per episode. As Jesse David Fox reports for Vulture, that’s less (in some cases much less) than comedy streamer Dropout pays performers to appear on its shows.
